It reduces hot spots, eradicates air blowing around the surgical site and doesn’t cause any noise pollution. It is also one of the most durable, cost effective warming systems available. There are a variety of blanket sizes available, ranging from extra-small to extra-large, so you will be able to fold the blanket over the patient correctly by using the right size.
The touchscreen user interface has been specifically designed to make controlling the patient’s temperature a simple procedure. Other features for the user interface include troubleshooting information displayed and alarm error codes to diagnose any alarm readings. The touchscreen user interface allows you to easily access user guides and FAQs, so even in a difficult situation, there is no need to panic, as all the help you need is easily accessible.
You will not hear the controller or blanket when operating, as the system has been designed to run with no loud noises, so you can focus on the important things. It is very lightweight, therefore making it portable, so you can move the system to a safe place when not in use.
The average life expectancy of the blankets is 18-24 months. The blankets are also marked with a two-year expiry date label.
